Prof. Dr. Jonas J.-H. Park

Jonas J.-H. Park is the Chair of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery of the University of Witten/Herdecke at the Catholic Hospital Hagen in Germany since 2019. Currently, he acts as the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of the Catholic Hospital Hagen since 2023. Prior to his current positions he served as a senior ENT surgeon at various academic hospitals such as in Aachen, Düsseldorf and Bochum. 

He established a dedicated rhinology department for the diagnosis and treatment of complex nasal and sinus disorders. Under his leadership the department significantly expanded in scope and capabilities. Today, the department stands as a regional reference center, offering comprehensive care, education and research in rhinology. As course director, he initiated and led one of the few surgical courses in Germany dedicated to the use of ‘powered instrumentation’ in endoscopic sinus surgery.
